From antiquity to today, the face that embodies the harmony of proportion and a deep, searching interiority finds a new dimension in the AURA ring. The combination of different materials and their effects of light gives Antinous a renewed expressiveness — the 18kt gilded bronze bezel rests on a plexiglass body that lightens the piece and carries it into the contemporary.
The ring has a plexiglass body — wide, gently domed, wrapping the finger in a continuous curve. The 18kt gilded bronze bezel frames the relief: round, present, declared. The GTc signature is engraved on the side.
On ivory — warm, with veining that varies with every piece — the white brings Antinous into marble, luminous and absolute; the black creates a sharp, graphic contrast; the porphyry recalls the imperial stone of Rome, dense and gathered; the violet carries the contemporary note, unexpected against the warm base. On tortoiseshell, the amber and brown streaks shift from ring to ring: every piece has its own pattern. White stands out clearly, black deepens, porphyry ignites against the gold of the material, violet creates an accord of great character. On transparent, the profile seems suspended on the hand — light filters from below and the bronze appears lifted from the skin. White is almost ethereal, black absolute, porphyry and violet float in the light. Every combination renews the expression.
