Who can make purchases?

Only those who have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most countries), who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. How do I place an order?

The aforementioned email will be sent automatically to the user's registration address. After sending this first email, GrandTourCollection will verify the possibility of processing the Order, confirming the sending of the Product (s) to the indicated address and providing the user with a shipment tracking number and delivery times. Payment

The prices indicated on the GrandTourCollection website are inclusive of 22% VAT, if applicable, and the shipping costs of the Products. The shipping costs apply to Orders below a certain amount and the applicable VAT may vary depending on the country of destination of the Product.

Payment by credit card

All payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Carta Si, through PAYPAL.

Payment by bank transfer

Orders placed by the GrandTourCollection website can also be paid by bank transfer. Always indicate the order reference number in the bank transfer form. After executing the order and selecting the bank transfer as a payment method, GrandTourCollection will wait for payment to be received before proceeding to fulfill the order. If the amount to be paid is not credited to our bank account within the seven (7) working days following the order, the order will be canceled. In the event that, for any reason, GrandTourCollection is unable to accept an Order, it may, at its discretion, not proceed with the charge or return the price already paid with reference to the Order. GrandTourCollection will not send the Product (s) before having received payment for the whole. Prices are subject to change at any time, but these changes do not affect orders already confirmed in the manner described above. Delivery

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail with the details of the order and the Conditions of Sale. Right of withdrawal

Retailers in Italy cannot accept returns or make changes to products; however, they will provide useful information to customers wishing to return defective or damaged products. If it is found that a Product was damaged prior to delivery or defective (not due to your use), GrandTourCollection. will repair or replace the Product or return the price paid, including any shipping costs, provided that the Product has not been worn or used and damaged. In the event that you prefer the repair or replacement of the Product, please contact GrandTourCollection who will replace it without additional costs, where reasonably possible. In addition, GrandTourCollection will reimburse the costs for returning the defective or damaged Product.

Customized products

You can customize a number of products with special engravings. For more information, contact customercare@grandtourcollection.com Personalized GrandTourCollection products cannot be returned to GrandTourCollection in case you want a product change or a refund. This, however, does not affect the consumer's rights that the Customer holds for defective products.

Quality Certificate

GrandTourCollection pays particular attention and care so that each product strictly complies with the quality criteria of GrandTourCollection and that it has passed all the tests, both in a functional and aesthetic sense. The selected products are covered by the GrandTourCollection Quality Certificate. If the Customer wishes to repair a product covered by the GrandTourCollection Quality Certificate, please contact customercare@grandtourcollection.com for further information.

Recipients of gifts

The recipients of a gift are entitled to change the goods without refund. To change a gift, please communicate this intention to our customer service: customercare@grandtourcollection.com within 30 working days starting from the day following the date on which the Products were delivered to you. All changes will be made within 30 working days starting from the email from GrandTourCollection confirming your new order.

Attention

Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defects or photographic techniques. Other Products can be represented with larger dimensions than the real ones in order to clearly show the details, or with smaller dimensions than the real ones in order to show the entire Product. The products photographed may appear slightly different in color than the original due to the resolution of the monitor, this is not a defect. All GrandTourCollection products are handmade and in a traditional way, any imperfections do not constitute a defect. The contract and all communications between you and GrandTourCollection will be in Italian.

Jurisdiction

The formation, existence, construction, execution, validity and all aspects relating to these Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. The court of Italy is not exclusively competent if for the definition of any dispute deriving from, or connected with, these Conditions of Sale or use of the Site. In any case the clauses of these Conditions of Sale do not limit the rights guaranteed by Italian law.
