An intaglio of extraordinary mastery sculpts the embrace between Leda and the Swan with such naturalness that it evokes a suggested polychromy: the scene is so mobile and vibrant that it transforms the cameo into a pictorial vision, almost more a painting than a sculpture. This ring owes its name, Lux, to the ability of the 18 kt gold plating to capture full light, reflecting it onto the curves of the female body and the swan’s supple neck. Metamorphosis is everywhere: Jove, Father of the Gods, changes form for love, and the material itself seems to shift under one’s gaze, celebrating a harmony that unites the human with the divine. The intaglio, executed with Neoclassical skill, acquires an unprecedented depth through a play of reliefs that make each piece a unique and unrepeatable fragment of history.

Choosing this bronze architecture means wearing a pedestal of light that elevates the tale of transformation. The feel is that of a dense yet incredibly fluid material, hand-polished to follow every movement of the finger, accompanying it with lightness. It is a jewel that speaks of regeneration: it reminds us that changing skin or perspective is the only way to reach our goals, making us capable of living every moment and experience to the full. The polished finish of every part is an important detail and a tool that brings the cameo to the fore, exposing every nuance to the light of the present.

The colours orchestrate this dance of changes. Orange floods the scene with radiant vigour, while Light Blue creates an intriguing, almost hypnotic accord with the gold base. Yellow makes the composition playful and exquisitely tactile, inviting one to touch the reliefs, while Pink halts the heartbeat of time in an instant of extreme delicacy. Every combination is an invitation to evolve, merging the wisdom of the past with our current vision to give life to a contemporary and proud momentum.

Live with fluidity and let your transformation guide you.

Leda and the swan

Let destiny meet your choice.

Leda was the daughter of Thestius and the wife of Tyndareus. She has been known as the Queen of Sparta. Leda was seduced by Zeus when he came to her in the form of a swan. Leda gave birth to an egg. From it hatched the Dioscuri, the twins Castor and Pollux. With Zeus she also had Helen and with Tyndareus she had Clytemnestra. Jupiter is the supreme god of the Roman pantheon, called dies pater, “shining father”. He is a god of light and sky, and protector of the state and its laws. He is a son ofSaturn and brother of Neptune and Juno (who is also his wife). The Romans worshipped him especially as Jupiter Optimus Maximus (all-good, all-powerful). This name refers not only to his rulership over the universe, but also to his function as the god of the state who distributes laws, controls the realm and makes his will known through oracles. His English name is Jove. He had a temple on the Capitol, together with Juno and Minerva, but he was the most prominent of this Capitoline Triad. His temple was not only the most important sanctuary in Rome; it was also the center of political life. Here of official offerings were made, treaties were signed and wars were declared, and the triumphant generals of the Roman army came here to give their thanks. Other titles of Jupiter include: Caelestis (heavenly), Lucetius (of the light), Totans (thunderer), Fulgurator (of the lightning). As Jupiter Victor he led the Roman army to victory. Jupiter is also the protector of the ancient league of Latin cities. His attribute is the lightning bolt and the eagle is both his symbol and his messenger. Jupiter is completely identical with the Greek Zeus. Michelangelo (1530) London-National Gallery Leonardo (1510-1515) Roma-Galleria Borghese Robert Cockle Lucas (1800-1883) Berlin National Gallery
